Mission Statement
“To foster a spirit of cooperation and excellence within the
business
community of the Big Lake area through education and
promotion.”
WHAT DOES THE
CHAMBER DO?
The Chamber
acts as a referral center for both local and out-of-state inquiries.
The Chamber
office answers hundreds of questions about the
Big Lake community and area
businesses.
The Chamber
addresses concerns on local issues and business retention in our
service area. Our local issues, government and business issues are
addressed by our Government Affairs Committee. Through our Chamber’s
membership in the Minnesota Chamber we can also be involved and let
our voice be heard on state issues.
The Chamber
provides opportunities for networking; Monthly Newsletter, Dinners
and Luncheons, Business Expo, Membership Directory, committee
participation, special events, etc.
The Chamber
"Membership Directory," lists all members. Our referral policy is to
only give out names of our Chamber members when we get inquiries.
We also encourage our members and our community to choose Chamber
members when making a purchase or
requiring a service.
The Chamber’s
Monthly newsletter is filled with information of the “goings on”
within the Chamber and our area. Committee reports and current
events are always at your fingertips.
Your membership
in the Chamber is an essential part of doing business.
Membership keeps
our community strong.
The Chamber works for you and your future.
The Big Lake Chamber of Commerce can do what no member or individual
can do ALONE!
